There are many factors involved when determining project cost i.e. room size, wall height, wall texture, ceiling work, selected finish, expedited time frame, distance of project, etc. Pricing is based on a combination of square footage and complexity of the design as well as difficulty of execution. Prices vary between residential and commercial work. However, all labor and materials are included with my pricing.
